Associate Quality Manager

Supervise the Quality Team of the program, overseeing that every updates is being cascaded to all Consultants and Team Managers. Making sure all reports/deliverable are being sent on a timely manner to provide feedback to Team Managers and to the Program Manager.

The ability to influence and motivates associates in a positive direction that supports the organizational goals and objectives. Design appropriate analysis and works with the team to implement action plans to improve individual performances and to meet the program goals and objectives.

Identifies and creates client interest in additional services and properly sets client expectations and proactively manages project scopes.

Promote strong planning analysis to improve and manage associates performances and organizational skills. Develop client relationship and delivers reports on time as requested by the clients and management.
