I was an accounting clerk with multiple tasks in a manufacturing department typically in Jewelry Company. The manufacturing department is not only manufacturing jewelry but also accepts repairs, cleaning, plating and other jobs that deals with jewelry. My job were more on inventory of raw materials in making jewelry, finish products and other materials/goods needed for the manufacturing department. I also make the orders of materials that are needed in the manufacturing department. I also make billing for other branches for the finish product, materials, and services rendered in our department. I also make a weekly payroll for all employees in the Manufacturing Department. Follow up job orders and repairs to the goldsmith who handle. I also check the quality of the finish products and the repairs done in the jewelry. As part of my job, I record the daily transaction in the MS Excel, check the exact price and computation that were given to the customer.
