Working on a product, which uses UML Models and generates the Java J2EE User Interface.

Made enhancements to the product, fixed a lot of defects and I was also responsible for one of the JUnit projects.

Learned the importance of completing work projects on time - accepting personal responsibility for work quality and contributing as a productive team member to accomplish an assignment.

Learned the importance of writing clean code - Working in a big team requires me to write an understandable code so the code will be easy to be extended.

Learned the importance of teamwork and improve my communication skills - working in such a big software company requires a lot of communication across the team members.

Some of the key products that I am involved in:

PriceMark. This product is designed to help traders value their portfolio against market data from the likes of Bloomberg on daily, weekly or monthly basis. Technologies used are J2EE, ExtJS 4, JMS, JPA, SQL Server, Restful Webservices, Bloomberg Desktop API, OpenCSV, Spring and Spring Security.

RiskSeer. This product is an integrated application designed specifically to transform and ease risk management processes. Technologies used are J2EE, ExtJS 4, JMS, JPA, Oracle, Restful Webservices, DWR, Spring, Jasper Report and Apache POI.

Calypso Monitor. A tool designed for System Administrator to monitor the behavior and health of their Calypso instances at anytime from anywhere. Technologies used are J2EE, ExtJS 4, jQuery, Sencha Touch, JMS, Google Morphia, MongoDB, Restful Webservices, Spring, Spring Security and Socket Node.

I was also working as a consultant for LCH Clearnet, Newedge and RBS.
