1. Telephone operator function.
a. Handles all calls from internal and external company by using CISCO IP Telephone System.
b. Identify the needed of caller, then place the call appropriately.
c. Assists the authorized Chevron‘s user for a long distance call and any information.
d. Updates and maintain telephone directory in and Emergency contact number.
e. Works as an information center that gives the general information of company to caller.
2. Emergency function
a. Handle all incoming Emergency call as following below
i. Bomb threat call
ii. Medical Emergency
iii. FSAS call from offshore
