Manage CRM activities including establishing interactive web emails to prospective as well as existing customers. Monitoring open and click through rates research to see what contents/titles can increase those rates.
Conducted E-commerce research regarding consumers’ popular means of payment online and emphasized the importance of having a particular payment method available at Dyson Japan website. This proposal was accepted and being implemented.
