 Acting as an Independent Knowledge Evangelist for all the Knowledge Management activities including but not limited to MS SharePoint helpdesk, Reach Outs, Content Management (Wikis, Blogs, Newsletters, Webinars and Podcasts)
 Worked independently with the internal stakeholders to plan and execute strategies to increase the KM activities and CII scores through gamification.
 Proficient in Content Management, Branding and Promotion of KM events internally and externally. Adept in functional and technical aspects of SharePoint. Build and managed the K-Café (IGATE industry event platform) strategically to increase brand visibility, collaboration and promote the KM consulting.
 Proficient in training, events and can initiate Knowledge Management practice
