- Call, schedule and follow – up with prospect for appointments from seminar or events.
- Inbound / Outbound Phone Calls
- Input prospects and keep database CRM up – to – date.
- Create Leads and convert it to opportunity
- Inbound/Support Chat from APAC
- Generate new demands, nurturing prospective customers, building and accelerating pipeline.
- Daily management of accounts in CRM.
- Follow – up on leads from various televendors and/ or inbound calls/ chat.
