Account Manager for PR, Events and Digital

Oversees all prospective and current agency integrated marketing communications accounts (Public Relations, Events, Activations & Digital)
Initiates networking and new client presentations
Provides insight on execution strategies
Leads project implementations
Monitors and ensures fulfillment of contractual obligations and deliverables to clients
Reviews and endorses cost estimates and contracts
Ensures correct and timely submission of reports
Ensures overall client satisfaction in terms of timely, accurate and effective delivery of requirements
Initiates annual and periodic client satisfaction survey
Mediates in emergency and high-level adverse situations
Maintains good interpersonal and professional client relations
Creates a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing related activities.
Manages, reviews progress and delivers client requirements via coordination with agency shared services for creatives, digital, operations, public relations and editorial.
Conducts regular meetings with clients to provide status updates on projects
Establishes relationships with new clients
Maintains and nurtures business relationships with existing clients
