I'm responsible for all team's activities including:
PR:
- Create PR plan for the whole year as well as managing media schedule and budget.
- Keep company's website updated and manage some social network platforms
- In charge of writing press release, answering all questions/queries coming from reporters.
- Make monthly PR report (including quick market analysis, PR activities of Fiditour and major rivals) to the Board of Director.
- Crisis management
Achievements:
- After over 1 year, I got compliments from journalists that the advertorials created by my team were significantly better and different from our competitors.
- Fiditour brand name has been positively mentioned on newspapers, magazines, online presses and TV channels with increasing frequency.
