 Daily Inspection of Warehouse for House Keeping Stacking norms.
 Ensuring Handing Over Stock to Transporter within cutoff time, so plan accordingly.
 Vehicle management.
 Statutory Compliance.
 Vendor Management.
 POD followups for Delivery.
 Maintaining Stocks accuracy, we are maintaining 99.99% stocks accuracy.
 Claim Management for Losses.
 Monitoring SOP adherence.
 Maintaining 5S in warehouse.
 Monthly Business Review with Client , discussing business position and concerns.
 Key Performance Indicator(KPI) Achieving set by Client, Last 1.5 year we have achieved 99%
