I work in Buffalo Tours Company for 4 years, as a tour consultant. I really enjoy this job because it help me to discover more about our world, a good environment to improve myself, my skill, my knowledge ...
My main responsibility is maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information; follow up new costumer and recommending suitable tours or places for them to travel. In weekend, I also work as Operator to arrange services for my own bookings, contacting guide, driver and all supplier relative.
I have a fix target to reach every month, therefore I have to report my sale revenue to manager and accounting department in the end of the month.
Otherwise, I could be a trainer if my team have new staff, introduce and arrange a detail schedule for them.
