• Inform the logistics of the supply of packaging material by preparing presentations and/or documents explaining the operation status to provide better service.
• Responsible for the input of customer’s packaging material purchase orders in system and monitor the orders status, new designs, shipping until final delivery to customer.
• Plan according to customer needs, orders and shipping schedules by monitoring warehouse inventories in Factory with the objective to minimize rush orders, production cycles saturation and shortage of packaging material.
• Generate and monitor the complete process of claims packaging material
• Request the import of packaging material monitoring the arrivals of material, deliveries to customers and carry out the corresponding invoicing process.
• Ensure proper delivery meeting customer's requests, on time deliveries and quality standards.
