• Candidates/Clients attraction: through communication, websites, design support.
• Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
• Explore ways of improving brand awareness, existing products and services, and increase profitability.
• Identify target markets and develop the strategy to communicate with them.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with media channels.
• Cooperate with partners (Government, Enterprises, Universities, Youth Organizations, etc.) to hold branding events, activities that highlights the HR services and create Career Talk Show and Career Orientation for Millennials.
• Design company brochures / leaflets/promotional items.
• Liaise and negotiate to deal with the relevant newspapers, magazines and job posting websites.
• Coordinate PR/CSR activities (media relations, events, sponsorships).
• Monitor Marketing team with content, design, press release, white paper, survey…done by the Group.
• Build the website and manage social media channels of the company.
