As a supporting staff, I was responsible to help government employees doing their jobs, such as managing and archeving administration tasks and other documents, inviting guests to our official meeting, and sometimes visiting Indonesia’s border areas to monitor and evaluate them, then generating reports from these activities.

I was placed in Bonds and Derivative Team the first time I joined the company and was responsible in handling Bond and Derivative Settlements. From February 2016, I was placed in Control and Support Team (still under Market Operations Division) which responsible for reconciliations and generating reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Net Open Position, uploading morning and end of day rates onto system, report for cancellation and amendment deals, maintaining static data, inputting WHT bonds on daily basis and reconcile them at the end of month, brokerage fee reconciliation, Balance Sheet Owner reconciliation, global internal and nostro accounts reconciliation, custodian charges reconciliation and Off Market Rate Reports are specified things Control and Support Team usually handle.
