Responsibilities:
 Service between MFP and computer with USB/ Network and system set up & troubleshooting in the customers’ office in response to their request
 Responsible for IT support to Embassies and Japanese NGO organization
 Handled and resolve Customer’s complaints (Software Installation & Networking) in timely fashion.
 Dealing with customer for giving feedback to their inquires, aiming customers’ satisfaction and to meet their expectation
 Preparation of operation manual, interpretation of catalogue (from English to Myanmar) as the support to Sale and Marketing department
 Experienced in the preparation of presentation slides for introduction at customers’ office
 Backing up important data on schedule and maintaining the server and E-mail server.
 Responsible to prepare advertisement design for all the company’s products
