- Maintain automation (Cucumber, Espresso, Selenium..) and manual test scripts. Test, report and track the process of fixing bug as well as release plan.
- Work closely with Product Owner to define acceptance criteria and definition of done (DoD), prepare necessary documents before developers start working on new features.
- Work with Customer Support team to validate the bug that user reported, collect related information, preconditions to reproduce the bug. That helps developers fix the bug faster and more efficiently.
- Monitor the quality of previous releases using tracking systems: Newrelic, Loggly... and request for the improvement, if necessary
- A bridge between the developers and the product owner, scrum master, designer to make sure developers have almost everything ready before start implementing.
