Country IT Manager - Vietnam

Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff in Vietnam:
 Maintains information technology strategies by managing staff; budgeting, researching, and
implementing technological strategic solutions.
 Lead and manage the country IT team in communication, planning, prioritizing, scheduling, coaching, technology,
and quality control.
 Project manager for all country IT initiatives and regional/global developments in-country, driving activities to
completion.
 Vendor management activities to include vendor comparison, analysis, costing, coordination, and relationships.
 Budgeting, purchasing, and cost control of all IT systems and services.
 Drive the alignment of local systems (Servers/Infrastructure/Workstations) with global policies and standards,
through expert technical knowledge, coaching, and hands-on effort.
 Ensure information security policies and controls for data, systems, and services are appropriately in place and
functioning as required.
 Ensures country systems and practices are aligned and in compliance with company practices and policies,
lead and own IT audit preparation activities and remediation plans.
