As the IT System Administrator, my role is to oversee the setup, migration, and troubleshooting of the company's IT systems, with a key focus on those within Microsoft 365. This ranges from managing SharePoint, MS Exchange, Teams, Groups, OneDrive (Data), backup solutions, and Defender security. I configure and perform advanced troubleshooting of the Zendesk system, including tickets, Talk, Chat, and support rules. I also manage and troubleshoot WooCommerce, WordPress, and associated plugins.

My technical work at the company includes software development that focuses on the automation of workflows using VBA, Python, and API integrations. I also engage in plugin development using PHP and JavaScript. In addition to this, I have hands-on experience in web development, leveraging knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the creation and maintenance of web solutions.

The combination of all this system administration, software development, and management of web services empowers me to provide cutting-edge IT solutions with a particular emphasis on enhancing operational efficiency and system security.
