- Manage multi QC teams to perform testing activities and analyze/compose the testing results to report to customer.
- Communicate directly with customers, foreign professionals in project planning and other issues of projects.
- Define strategic plans for testing as well as test coverage of new products/projects.
- Join in developing test plan/ test cases and reviewing the test plan/ test cases written by team members.
- Control multi testing teams in executing test cases and bugs handling process
- Guide multi testing teams in trouble-shooting problems relate to testing activities and working process.
