RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Conduct and submit QA Observations (including spot checks) for each teachers every month
 Assist in checking the attendance
 Report to upper management each teacher’s floor and class performance
 Create programs and recreational activities (quarterly) and submit to HR head for budget approval
 Assist HR/Admin. and coordinate with Supervisors and Account Managers
 Keep a tally sheet of noted / caught violations
 Attend meetings (record the agenda, time, date, attendees, etc.) and prepare reports as per the management’s request
 Assist trainees re: teaching style, brush up on their navigation as per the respective account, etc.
 Monitor teachers if they’re following the floor policies
 Prepare QA ratings every month and endorse Teachers for Employee of the month and Best Teachers
 Report to supervisors and HR manager the attendance (including teachers who are on leave, the reason and kind of leave, absences and latecomers) everyday
