• Have 4.5 years experiences of handled the Myanmar Automated Customs Clearance System (MACCS), started from concept, design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Independently Install, Configuring, Testing and Maintaining the application software and tools.
• Monitoring the aspects of system and output the system statistic reports as in daily, monthly or yearly as needed, thus to maintain the efficiency of the system as well as to detect the deficiency of the system
• Has knowledge in Database Management System and handled large amount of data and complex queries used PostgresSQL.
• Analyzed user requirements and convert the requirements to design documents.
• Facilitate root cause analysis o system issues, review and testing of new and existing code.
• Performed as helpdesk and solved the customer’s inquires flawlessly, handled and fixed the customer’s day issues to gain the customer’s ultimate trust.
• Performed other ad-hoc tasks such as went to customer’s site and support ,.etc as directed by the supervisor and can provide accurate documentation (report) as requested.
