Responsibility as HR Manager - As I am one the first members of the organization, I have to set up the company’s policy and procedures, system and internal rules in order that the organization can run systematically. I managed overall HR functions, i.e Recruitment & Selection, Employment Contract, Payroll, SSB, Income Tax, Overtime Calculation, Attendance Record, Training & Development, Employee Benefits & Compensation, Performance Appraisal.
Responsibility as Admin Manager - All aspects of office administration, Review and Update company internal rules & regulations, manage Stay Permit, Work Permit and FRC and Visa Application for expatriates, Transportation Arrangement, Rental Car Management, IT Infrastructure management. On top of that, I have to cooperate and coordinate with Top-Management for monthly business report to Head Quarter, documentation arrangement of BOD, Shareholders’ meeting. Translation of Report documents to Head Office. (Jap-Eng). Interpretation between Top Management and Employees.
