Talent Acquisition-
• Recruitment of Faculty, Support Staff and Managing Other HR Operations activities at University campus.
• Single handedly managed entire recruitment & selection process from screening of more than 7000 applications post Advt. at a time and filtering best of them sharing with respective HoD and planning their interviews with expert panels of faculty, salary negotiations, rolling out of offer.
• Preparing the hiring plan of Faculty recruitment Budgeting, Advertisement, response handling, forming selection panels and inviting experts from outside.
• Bulk hiring Planning for School of Engineering /Management; hired 40-50 faculty in an academic sessions
• Managing logistics of faculty for interview i.e reimbs/guest house arrangement/transport arrangement.
HR Operations & MIS-
• Assisted the Head HR in developing HR Manuals and revision of various personnel policies
• Conducted sessions with new employees about Mediclaim and other Policies to have better understanding of organization Processing & Support.
• Maintaining internal HR Database system & Streamlining of Employee MIS/Records, including audit of employee records and personal files and ensuring accuracy in the same.
Payroll & Compensation-
• Compiling comprehensive HRIS for top management containing organization charts, productivity indices, HR Costs, Headcount & Attrition data, report as per requirement of Statutory Bodies like UGC and DGHE
• Employee Grievance handling related to performance, work environment, pay concerns, disciplinary matters.
• Managing the Pay-roll process of 250 employees and providing necessary monthly Payroll Inputs
• Compilation of leave and attendance records of employees
• Compensation Benchmarking with Surveys, designing Salary Structures, Data analyses, Cost implications & recommendations to align internal pay structure to market pay scale.
