Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. Provides and promote a professional, high quality, front line customer focused telephone service to all callers. Responsible for dealing with all customers inquiries in relation to offered services.Receives and disburse money in establishment other than financial institutions. Usually involves use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment .Often involved in processing credit or debit card transactions and validating checks. Compile and maintain inventory and sales report and do other existing clerical tasks.
