- First line of contact on all IT related issues of kgb and its affiliates located in different countries (Austria, France, Ireland, Italy, Philippines, Switzerland and United Kingdom) over the phone and via e-mail
- Handles Citrix, VMWare, RDP, VPN, MS Office issues
- Office 365, offline backup servers management, cloud management support(Amazon)
- Handles applications, software, hardware issues’
- Support work at home agents
- Monitor devices/servers alerts/notifications
- Coordinates with support services group to research and document problem resolutions
- Performs daily health checks with applications/tools via RDP, etc
- Performs other related duties as assigned
