- Analyze cost related to materials and payroll to see cost impact with earned value.
- Collect big data of whole factory from E2E process, then review, analyze it to see barriers or weakness point and propose improvement actions.
- Build up a new comprehensive incentive scheme for all operation sections of company, then make analysis for monthly payroll to present to CEO office.
- Orientate & present to employees about incentive scheme.
- Facilitate all cross-function projects running as HRIS project, Warehouse Revamp, Factory Headcount Optimization, 6S Program by building up timelines & result orientation.
- Co-ordinate with customers, orientate production new process or standard.
- Set up KPI for each section following company objectives.
