Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

2021/01～

· Develop tools necessary to complete all data collection related to outputs, indicators, and results including baseline surveys and participatory assessment, KAP surveys, FGD and other assessments as needed.
· Define samples appropriate for each M&E activity and document and verify sampling methodology
· Ensure that output data is collected and documented for reporting
· Develop and implement strategies for verifying indicators, ensure that all department submit source verification documents for indicators in a timely manner
· Design and lead work plans and schedules for M&E team in line with the Project Cycle Management and monitoring and evaluation indicators. Prepare weekly and monthly work plans for field visits and data entry.
· Capacity building and training of program staff on M&E technical and conceptual areas

Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Assistant

2020/01～ 2021/12

· Design and develop of M&E tools and resources to collect and evaluate activities
· Assisting in planning and conducting field-level data collection and analysis using different techniques including site monitoring, household surveys, market assessment, focus group discussion and key informant interviews
· Conduct training and supervision of enumerator teams, including checking questionnaires for reliability and consistency
· Take responsibilities for complication of data, data cleaning and data improvement activities
· Support the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, writing and compiling reports to inform program development and implementation
· Assist the M&E Officer in the development and maintenance of databases where data and indicator are tracked and compared over the life of the project; ensure the that these databases are accurate and that the raw data is cleared and coded correctly
