Managed large amounts of incoming phone calls for a telecommunications company from customers to handle their complaints and queries. Provided appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow-ups to ensure resolution. Offered them to do an upgrade to their mobile phones thru a trade-in program. We also sold mobile hotspot devices for additional connectivity and offered protective accessories for their phones. Lastly, we ensured that in every call, we properly document every customer interaction with us.
