1. Develop business and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals and Assist in the company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
2. Research the market for identifying new business opportunities by explaining to the prospective merchants about the offered benefits of eSewa and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
3. Respond to the merchant queries regarding the products in a timely fashion and develop business proposals for new and existing customers to increase the business transaction of merchants.
4. Develop creative strategies to retain the merchants including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan with developing in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective merchant, and industry trends.
5. Develop strong merchant relationships in order to generate a high volume of merchant's business transactions effectively for new opportunities by determining cross-selling opportunities among different merchant.
