➢ Assisting applicants with their request, verify all information given by them to
ensure accuracy of the data.
➢ Provides quality civil registration processes and services and meet the
expectations of the clientele of prompt, reliable and efficient service at all times.
➢ Receiving payments for Civil Registration Fees.
➢ Extend all possible assistance to all queries.
➢ Performs all other duties as instructed by the Team Leader/ Outlet Supervisor.
➢ Data Entry.
