Infuse and directing a government mandated policies in the organization. Keeping track of the implemented policies and conduct performance appraisal yearly. Conducts training and development quarterly to ensure services were delivered and employees adhere to the said protocol. Also, creating modules for the employees needs and also for the Management. Ensures organizations announcements and communication is reached to every employee.
