• From 2009 up to 2011, I was assigned at the Mortgage Department. My task was to processed customer’s request via telephone or e-mail. Requests includes all maintenance to their mortgage or escrow account. Such as changing name, address, and telephone numbers. I also review mortgage payments and their escrow account. Response is either via e-mail or correspondence. I also do call backs if customer requested to speak with a specialist.

• From 2012 up to October 2018, I transferred to different task, I now handle Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) accounts. Task include all maintenance of PMI on customer’s account. Includes changing name and address, and reconciling Chase’s monthly payment to our affiliated insurance company. This task is more of internal request from our domestic counterpart, so response from the request will be e-mailed to our counterpart. When requesting for maintenance to our affiliated insurance company, response or communication will either be by telephone or via e-mail.
