The first 6 months with the company, I handled Sales for Time Warner Cable. We sell cable, internet and phone services to US residents. Then I was moved to a Customer Service Representative position for WIND Mobile, a telecommunication provider in Canada. I assist customers in understanding their bills, making payments as well as basic troubleshooting for minor cellphone issues.

I handled the Small and Medium Business line of business needs such as returning of damaged Dell products as well as processing the refund, tracking of the clients' orders and performing exchange of available stock items.

JP Morgan Chase and Company

The first line of business I handled is card activation were we activate Chase credit cards as well as assist customer with their billing concerns or questions, filing for a charge dispute and blocking unknown charges. Then I was transferred to Amazon Preferred Cards were we handled mostly Amazon credit card holders and other affiliated companies (British Petroleum, Mary Kay etc).

I handled 3 accounts with my 4 year stint with the company: first is Office Depot as order taker over the phone and tracking the status of the customer's order for 6 months and then as a Reservations Officer for United Airlines. I made reservations for trips mostly for domestic flights within USA as well as checking flight status for another 6 months and finally as a Customer Service Representative for VISA lost and stolen. I handled reports from customers' lost or stolen VISA credit cards, processing a replacement through the coordination with their credit card provider. I also handle sending of replacement credit cards overseas as well as sending emergency cash.
