As Customer Service Representative my main job is to answer calls and answer inquiries relating to the company and the services being offered. I worked as customer support for a telecommunications company based in US. Being a customer support is not easy, every day I have to deal with different type of customers but it didn't stop me from doing my best. In fact I received several recognitions for being one of the best customer service representative.

My main job as a specialist is to help customer with their technical concerns, regarding the product that the company is offering. I worked for a telecommunications company in the US. Most of the time, I deal with the customer who needs help with their phone; it can be by setting it up or if there is a problem with the cellular service, anything that is technical, aside from phone I also help them with their tablets and watches. From time to time I also assist customers with their general concern such as billings and accounts.
