Most of my clients commission me to conceptualize solutions for their businesses. There are those who are just starting up, in need of effective and efficient business solutions and there are those who need me to design and improve; that is; automate their day-to-day business operations to be able to be more efficient, productive and competitive.

I usually offer customized software applications developed from scratch, following the specific scope and extent of the business process needs of every client. With this kind of approach, clients get what they actually need and want, tailor-fitted to their needs, but sometimes, I do third party applications to support current system to produce and generate reports based on client's need.

Most of my experiences are dealing with ERP, CRM, and other business application systems up to online payment solutions.

Aside from doing software development, I also do Cyber Security services: Penetration Testing and Computer Forensic Investigation.

Responsibilities:

• Recommends, plans, coordinates and monitors the progress of development projects to ensure their ongoing alignment with client's business goals.
• Monitor the status of current projects, identifies issues, assesses their impact, and proactively recommends solutions.
• Oversees the coordination of Applications Development with end-users in analyzing, proposing and implementing new applications, or enhancements to existing applications.
• Analyzing client's data and create necessary reports based on specific client's needs.
• Conduct regular evaluations of system performance, unit testing and debugging.
• Manages the programming, preliminary testing, and implementation of changes based on testing, and ensures documentation is provided.
• Ensures that technical specifications for applications are created.
• Coordinates with outsourced development team, if applicable.
