1.Making Budget plan, Target plan, Master plan for a year,GDPA in Myanmar 325 branches with objective of Bank, monitor and manage resources and projects (inc PC management, WFH global protect for user support, Online meeting, online training monitoring)
2.Design the projects for banking operation (ATM, SWIFT, Trade, and Corporate banking) and counter measured the projects status to all Departments heads and between staffs and operating PCs (inc training for new initiative such as MS Team application)
3.Overall identification of potential IT risks coordinate with other IT-Teams members and defining root causes of IT critical problem and Manage and train Customer Relationship Management
