I'm a Parts Custodian and Technical Coordinator at the same time, I handle the inventory of machine including its parts and accessories. My job involves direct coordination with the technical engineers and client. I maintain all our customers records both soft and hard copy. I prepare the quotations and purchase order for the acquisition of office materials and supplies. Arranging machine delivery, service and pull-out. Monitor incoming and outgoing shipment from China. Direct coordination with the boss regarding technical matters. Assist/answer telephone calls and emails, schedule meeting, draft letter and quotation for the boss. Maintain calendar of events. Coordinate with different event organizers regarding ex-deal arrangement. Supervise Ingress and Egress procedure. Preparing weekly and monthly report, setting appointment for the Managing Director and preparing proposal for client. Oversee day to day operation of the technical team.
