Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
o Sourcing and scheduling of applicants
o Conducting Initial Interviews and profiling of candidates to specific accounts.
o Facilitates assessments to applicants
o Deliver quality candidates to Operations
o Extend Job Offers to applicants o Real-time updating of applicant tracking system
o Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of existing sourcing channels, industry partners, and vendors
o Conducts market research in order to determine what is the current need of clients and talents.
