Managing our family-owned restaurant was a very challenging phase in my career. I got to deal with different kinds of employees. I've done Human Resource duties like hiring manpower, training them into their respective job duties and responsibilities and evaluating their performances. From manpower, I also managed the in and out operating system of the restaurant. I checked all the finances and made sure the kitchen and bar inventory and cash sales were balanced daily. Restaurant marketing strategies was one of the things I enjoyed doing too. I was the one in charge of creating promotion and graphic design layouts and posts to increase customer quantity and sales. Creating contents in our social media platform and managing or scheduling posts were also essential because it increased more engagement to the customers.
