- Responsible for checking and verifying details to be
input at Xero/QBO.
- Reconcile and note and discrepancies found in Accounting software (Xero or QBO).
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct
entry, mathematical accuracy, and correct codes to
each transaction.
- Ensure that Accounts Receivable and Accounts
Payable are properly accounted for, and to avoid
overdue accounts on both sides.
- Provide Cash Flow report weekly in an excel file
- Create SOP's and Flowcharts for any new processes
- Prepares weekly cash flow report and bimonthly
profit and loss report.
