Check-in Counter: Greeting passengers on arrival at the Kualanamu International airport. Answering any queries passengers might have about their journey by responding calmly and professionally to a customer complaint.
Boarding Gate: Assist passengers and check flight tickets at the entrance gate or station when boarding or disembarking airplane of commercial airplane: Examines passenger tickets to ensure that passengers have correct flight or seat, or direct passengers to correct boarding area, using passenger manifest, seating chart, and flight schedules.
Baggage Service: Processing delayed, damaged, and pilfered baggage claims promptly and according to company policy at Baggage Service Office
