- Act as direct end-user support for account specific issues
- Troubleshoot basic device issues
- Troubleshoot DSL internet and fiber optic connections over the phone
- Assist client in setting up device and new accounts
- Provide information and resolution to end users
- Escalate unresolved cases to higher level support department
- Take ownership of user issues, follow up and communicate updates
as needed
- Make sure KPI are met and all service management principles are
adhered
