I work as Accounting staff by making checks, vouchers for the check issuance's or (accounts payable in charge),data entry encoder of invoices or receipt of payment of each student . I'm also a purchaser for request material of each branch of the maintenance, teachers and principals. Keep tracking the balanced unpaid of the student and encoded in Microsoft excel and make a file folder. And encoding all the expenses used by the school, also handling the fund of the school for transferring fund (money) for the check issuance's of the supplier and payroll funds of teachers and staff employee.
