I worked under a FInancial Account as a Customer Service Representative. During my stay, I was picked to be one of the employees to take the FINRA Securities Examination and I passed it. You can look for my name under FINRA Broker Check.
My duties included talking to financial agents, customers and other company representatives in order to resolve various issues and coordinate properly with the people who can best assist us in dealing with various transactions for our clients. I also worked with people from the United States, the Philippines and India. I was there for 2 years until I resigned.
