Site hypervisor and Quantity Engineer

Monitor the equipment rental billing requested by the client
Prepares sales reports to be submitted weekly and monthly at the main office
Secure all the data and documents for the billing process.
Encode the data generated from the site.
Prepare the billings documents/statements for the equipment rented.
To carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.
Track/record and scan the incoming and outgoing billing statements.
Supervise and check the work of the rental coordinator and CnC officer.
