Loan and Mortgage Officer

I worked in a Real Estate company, which is Valiant Realty, for 20 years as Loan and Mortgage Officer, who's responsible for providing an assistance to clients from submission of their documentary requirements, coordination to bank officer for the fast approval of Loan up to turn over of the house.

At first, I was in Sales department as Sales coordinator helping our Real Estate Broker and In-House Salesforce in providing them Sales materials and paraphernalias as well as the Marketing strategies.

The reason why i resigned was to give more time to my family especially to my one and only daughter because she is growing so fast and i know that there are a lot of jobs offering online and hopefully to work from home and be with my family because that's one of my dreams to take care of my family. Of course, Not to mention the traffic to and from the office.
