Manages accounts with outstanding balance. Calls the customers to remind them of their financial responsibilities, give customers payment plan options and collects for the account. Does skip tracing for customers without or have changed personal information such as contact numbers, address, work place, business address et Reports to the client on a weekly basis or if the need arises.
