In my role as an HR Assistant, I set interviews and meetings for our Managers and Supervisors, making sure there is no conflict with their other important meetings. I handled end-to-end process of recruitment and I came to develop and manage spreadsheet for tracking each applicants; from initial interview, to scheduling for examination and for the succeeding interviews. Scheduling and organizing orientations and other events were also my tasks. Daily tasks, weekly plan, and monthly monitoring are always updated and submitted on time. I am the one who handles the email and responds to inquiries professionally.
