・Managed the shipment of 5,000-15,000 orders in an BtoC Outbound operation, coordinating 70-250 workers.
・Optimized the allocation of resource on roles (picking, packing, ) according to the progression of picking and packing.
・Made hourly forecast at least 3 times a day on the basis of the information provided by WMS (the number of orders by hours, ).
・Modified the productivities per hour for both picking and packing based on the proportion of each item type and skilled/inexperienced workers.
