Encoder's duty is to verify and check the credit information of the customers of the marketing office, also to calculate the earnings of the sales agents and the credit collectors.
Clerk's duty is to check the quality of the products that came from the suppliers, if there's going to be defects and deals with the purchased products of the customers like demonstrating the functions of the items.
